These pieces, such as the Icon Shapewear with strategically placed compression, are designed to be worn either as standalone garments or as undergarments.
Per WWD: Eva Serrano, Calvin Klein’s global brand president, said, “The launch of Calvin Klein Shapewear marks an exciting moment for our brand, merging our iconic leadership in underwear with cutting-edge innovation and undeniable sensuality. This is a step forward in our product strategy, elevating a traditionally functional garment into an essential, confidence-boosting staple that enhances both form and feeling.”

To launch the line, Calvin Klein tapped Irish actress Eve Hewson for the debut campaign. Directed and photographed by Charlotte Wales, The Perfect Couple star posed in a series of ‘body confident’ bodysuits and lingerie made with ‘sensual simplicity’. The 33-year-old daughter of U2 singer Bono and activist Ali Hewson joins a list of famous faces who have represented the fashion brand including Brandon Flynn, Hailey Bieber and Kendall Jenner.
The iconic brand made a return to New York Fashion Week this season, with Kendall Jenner walking the runway and Calvin Klein himself making a rare appearance in the front row. And was back in the news cycle when it announced the launch of their new line of shapewear on Instagram: “Daring with uncompromising comfort. Eve Hewson styles Icon Shapewear. A sensual base layer. No-slip zoned compression. Smooth microfiber with clean-cut edges. Experience new shaping solutions.”

Born and bred in The Bronx, Calvin Richard Klein launched his first company in 1968, a coat shop in Hotel York, when childhood friend Barry Schwartz gave him $10,000. He inked a deal with department store Bonwit Teller for his debut collection and soon Bergdorf Goodman and Saks took notice and placed orders. Calvin Klein Ltd. reportedly grossed a million dollars in its first year of business. Calvin Klein appeared on the cover of Vogue in September 1969 and there was no looking back…
Today Calvin Klein is one of the leading global fashion lifestyle brands with a history of bold, non-conformist ideals. The brand’s minimalist and sensual aesthetic encourages limitless self-expression.
